Screenprinting Art Requirements:  Screenprinting requires a “vectorized” file type (.eps, .ai, .cdr to name a few).  If you do not have your design in this file type, contact our design team for consultation on how to transfer your file type appropriately.  Our on-site design team will be able to design, transfer or re-create your design and file type as appropriate. 

Screenprinting Minimums:  There are no actual minimums; however, we do charge $25 per screen/per location.  Thus, it is often more economical to use this decorating method with at least 10+ garments.  If your quantity is less then 12, depending on your artwork design, it may be more appropriate to use the Heat Transfer process.  Contact our design team today for consultation on which decorating process is appropriate for your project.

Screenprinting Pricing:  Pricing for screen printed items is based upon the specific item, number of colors in the design, number of locations (front, back, sleeve, etc.) and total number of items to be screenprinted; therefore we quote each job individually. However, we can handle orders of any size, from small runs to thousands.  Screen setup charges are $25 per screen/per location.
